Our story
It all started on a windowsill
Jacob is 12years old, and he grows some of the freshest greens you'll ever taste. What began as a science experiment turned into a genuine love of growing — and a small business posting living, nutrient-packed food to doors around the country.
where it all began
Most greens you buy have travelled hundreds of miles and sat for days before they reach your fridge. By the time you eat them, the best of them is already gone.
Jacob wanted to do the opposite. Grow a little, grow it well, and post it straight to the people who eat it — cut that very morning, packed by hand, and on its way to your door the same day.
There's something quietly powerful about a young person deciding to grow food for other people. No factory, no shortcuts — just early mornings, careful hands, and a belief that fresh should actually mean fresh.
“I grow it like I'm going to eat it myself — because usually, I am.”
Grown clean
No pesticides, no chemicals — ever. Just seeds, clean water, and good soil.
Cut fresh
Harvested the same day it's packed and posted, for flavour at its peak.
Grown with heart
Every single tray is tended by hand, from the first seed to the final snip.
From seed to small business
One curious tray
A school science project about seeds became a windowsill full of tiny green trays — and a fascination that never switched off.
The first customer
A neighbour tasted the greens, lit up, and asked to buy some. Then told a friend. Word travels fast when food is this fresh.
Learning the craft
Light, water, timing, patience — a real education in how to grow food well, and how to run a little business with pride.
