Rainbow Power Bowl

A ten-minute lunch that eats like a treat

  1. 1Start with a base of cooked grains — rice, quinoa, or couscous.
  2. 2Add chopped tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, and anything else in the fridge.
  3. 3Pile a generous handful of the Rainbow Mix on top.
  4. 4Finish with olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.

Pea Shoot & Lemon Salad

Sweet shoots, sharp lemon — the perfect side
